"TJ and the others at Pioneer are fantastic property managers, and we only wish that we had known about them when we started renting out our property to begin with. We had trouble with our previous PM (and the one before that), who were both nice, but did not get us very good tenants.

The last set was a nightmare (it damaged the property to the tune of $40K), but TJ and the team at Pioneer made getting rid of them a breeze (and if you've ever tried to get rid of bad tenants, you know that is no small feat!). Then, they managed the repairs for us and found us wonderful new tenants afterwards. The kind of tenants one would hope you could have.

Pioneer were always right on the spot if something needed to be repaired, and never once late or delayed with getting us the rent. What is more, they worked with us!
