What’s Included

Our full-service package is offered through a management agreement for a flat percentage of gross monthly rent collected.  Services include: Rental Advertising/Marketing, Property Showings, Thorough Tenant Screening, Tenant Placement, Lease Execution, Security Deposit and Rent Collection, Owner Fund Disbursement, Property Bill Payment, Financial Reporting, Property Maintenance and Repair, Property Inspections and Documentation, Tenant/Property Problem-Solving and Eviction Facilitation if necessary.

We also have an Owner Login with 24 hour access for viewing account details.  Convenient account access to leases, property inspections, tax reports, statements and other important documentation all in one place, plus the ability to contribute funds to your account as needed. 

We have partnered with various vendors to provide an extensive network of ancillary services ranging from legal and collections to specialists in maintenance and repair.  Project management and remodel work is offered for an additional fee.

As a tenant renting one of our managed homes, you can expect well-maintained properties, professional service and responsive staff when you lease from us.   Since we love happy customers, we do our very best to provide excellent resident service and aim to make things better for you.  

We like to keep things simple and convenient, so we offer several online services.  Some of these include various ways to pay your rent, electronic document management and a login to your own personal account where you can view balances and account activity.  You can also request maintenance or repairs for your home online at any time.  You will find all the necessary paperwork for moving in or moving out online, including an application to rent.  Feel free to contact us if you can’t find what you are looking for and we would be happy to help you.
