Rental applications:

Applications are all done online.  Please see our Available Rentals page, click on the listing you are interested in applying for, then click the orange “Apply Now” button.

Applications are processed in the order in which they are received for each property.

Applications must be filled out for each adult over the age of 18 and must be signed.

Each application must be accompanied by a $35.00 non-refundable application fee per adult applicant.

To qualify, the household must have a verifiable gross income equal to or greater than 3 times the monthly rent.

An application will only be processed when it is fully completed and the fee has been paid.

Pet deposits range from $300-$500 per pet (where pets are allowed) depending on the size of the pet and/or property and must be collected prior to move-in.

Renters Insurance is required and a copy of your insurance policy and number needs to be on file with Pioneer.  To meet this requirement, Pioneer should be listed as “interested party” or “additionally insured.” $100,000 Limit of Liability for Lessee’s legal liability for damage to the landlord’s property for no less than the following causes of loss: fire, smoke, explosion, backup or overflow of sewer, drain or sump, and water damage

In addition to the application requirements listed above, your application is subject to denial if any of the following have happened to you within the past 7 years:

Eviction

Certain Felony Convictions

Unpaid debt or collection from a bank, lender, collection agency, previous property owner, manager, or landlord type agency as reported on applicant’s credit bureaus or otherwise disclosed.
