Flat percentage of gross rent collected
We are a full service property management company. All of our property management services listed (and even more that are not!) are provided at one low monthly fee. If there is no rent collected in a month, there is no fee to you. We also do not charge a lease up or start up fee to you.
No hidden costs
Our services are included in the flat monthly rate with no up-charges for bill payment, coordination of services, admin or start up costs. There are no surprises.
Discounts for multiple properties
A discounted rate is available to those with more than 2 managed properties.
Placement Service
We also offer a “Placement Service” Our Placement Service completes the placement of a tenant in your property. This service is the solution for owners that want a professional Leasing Agent to handle the advertising, showings, tenant screening, lease and necessary documents related to move-in, however would prefer to manage the day-to-day operations themselves.
