Flat percentage of gross rent collected
We are a full service property management company. All of our property management services listed (and even more that are not!) are provided at one low monthly fee. If there is no rent collected in a month, there is no fee to you. We also do not charge a lease up or start up fee to you to get started.
No hidden costs
Our services are included in the flat monthly rate with no up-charges for bill payment, coordination of services, admin or start up costs. There are no surprises!
Discounts for multiple properties
A discounted rate is available to those with more than 2 managed properties.
